Who We Share Your Information With
We share your information only where it is necessary to fulfil your order. Our shipping partners (which may include India Post, Delhivery, or Shiprocket) receive the name, delivery address, and phone number required to deliver your parcel. Our payment gateway (PayU) receives the payment information needed to process your transaction.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain order records, including customer and transaction details, for as long as required to fulfil the order and to comply with our legal and tax obligations under Indian law. Order and invoice records associated with GST are retained for the period required by applicable regulations. Once data is no longer required for these purposes, it is deleted or securely archived.
